Admission and Visiting system
 

Due to the organization of the appointments for visiting and meeting the therapeutic teams (addictions wards) please find hereunder a table showing days and times of visits where the visit of patients and meeting the therapeutic teams such visit is only limited to the relatives of the first degree the father. Mother, brother, sister, husband wife son daughter.

You have to call(4804548 Ext-6663-6662) before you see the therapeutic teams.

Firstly: Psychological Health Sections:

(a) How to enter and hospitalization:

1- Through Admission office after the recommendation of the treating physician in emergency section or outpatient clinics.
2- There should be an ID for the patient.
3- Each patient shall be subject to accurate inspection to prevent the entrance of forbidden things to the admission sections.
4- The patient should be accompanied by nurses or admission staff and companions are unless during visiting time.

(b) Visits Regulations:

Visits timing: From Saturday To Thursday from 4 - 6 pm.

Friday :3.30-7 pm.

(c) Interdictions during visit time:

- All kinds of Foods prepared outside of the Al-Amal Complex.
- Juice, tea and coffee are allowed.

Second: Addiction Sections:

(a) How to enter and hospitalization:

1- Admission should be through recommendation by physician in Emergency or Outpatient clinics units.
2- The patient has to show his IC.
3- The patient should be Saudi National, or of one of the Gulf council States. As for the other nationalities they have to be admitted only through instructions from the concerned circles.
4- The patient admits to stay for a minimum two weeks period.
5- Minors should not be admitted unless in emergency cases, as for inpatient cases, they should be admitted to a special minor ward.
6- Strict inspection of patients for interdicted maters.
7- The patient should be accompanied by two nurses or admission stuff and not allowed for patient accompanies unless visiting times.

(b) Visits Regulations:

1- Patients who have security problems: as per internal control office.
2- Patients who have not security problems:  Patient relations of the degree (the father. Mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, son, daughter or the one  escorts the patient to the complex).

- Visit Times: From Saturday To Thursday from 4 - 6 pm.

Friday :3.30-7 pm.

- Interdictions during visit time: Foods and drinks and burning materials (smoking lighter) cutting materials (nail cutter ... etc.).

(c) Normal Sections:

- Patients who have not security problems:  Patient relations of the degree (the father. Mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, son, daughter or the one  escorts the patient to the complex).

- Visit Times: From Saturday To Thursday from 4 - 6 pm.

Friday :3.30-7 pm.

- Interdictions during visit time: Foods and drinks and burning materials (smoking lighter) cutting materials (nail cutter ... etc.).
